• VERSATILE SHOE COMPATIBILITY: Use sneakers with flat rubber soles and a minimum thickness of 1/3". The more comfortable shoes you start with the better your golfkicks will feel. Use a dab of Shoe Goo on threads. Spongy/foam soles and soles with existing traction require advanced install.
• LASTING PERFORMANCE: Map cleat positions with included marker then dab shoe goo on threads before using hex driver to screw until flat against sole. Golfkicks are designed to be permanent but can be swapped out with replacements if needed.
